Tower of Power, Manhattan Transfer, Nancy Wilson, Jazz Crusaders, Fourplay and Bela Fleck & The Flecktones are pre-sale shows. "Pre-sale" means a purchase is required at the time your reservation is made and seats are being assigned in the order calls or online reservations are received with dinner guests receiving tables closest to the stage. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
**Vouchers, promotional certificates, donated gift certificates, student discounts, senior discounts, children under 12 free discounts and 2 for 1 cards are not applicable for pre-sale shows.
Jazz Alley does not distribute physical tickets. We offer reservations just like a restaurant for the majority of our shows and you will pay the cover charge at the end of the evening. If you make a reservation and have ANY changes or need to cancel, we ask that you please call within 24 hours of the performance.
Our admission charge varies from week to week depending on the artist. No entrees or cocktails are included in the cost of admission. Reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees that you’ll get in to see the show, but specific tables are not pre-assigned. Preferential seating is given to our dinner guests. There will be more seating options for you, the earlier you arrive.
Generally, parties of 10 or more must pre-pay for all shows. In some cases, parties of 6 or more are required to pre-pay. This policy varies show to show. Please call us 206-441-9729 so we can assist as some shows require pre-pay per person.
All shows are all ages.
There is always a non-reservation line for sold out nights. If there are cancellations, by being in the non-reservation line, there is a good chance of admission on any given sold-out evening.
FOR MOST SHOWS children under 12 are admitted free, senior discounts of 20% are on Wednesday and Sunday, student discounts of two for one admission or half for singles is offered on Wednesday 1st show and Thursday 2nd show, and gift/trade certificates are applicable. (PLEASE call for availability 206-441-9729 as this varies show to show).
Reservations for parties of 6 to 9 must be held with a credit card. We must be notified BY PHONE within 24 hours of any changes to the intial reservation. Parties of 10 or more must pay in advance and purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In some cases, parties of 6 or more are required to pre-pay.
